Revenue Manager Receivables SMS Terms

1. Scope

RelayHitch is a business-to-business technology provider for trade businesses ("Trade Businesses"). RelayHitch provides technology that sends controlled messages on behalf of an individual Trade Business to that business's own customers. Revenue Recovery is the controlled receivables skill within Revenue Manager. Initial SMS is limited to qualified unpaid-invoice follow-up and is subject to the Trade Business's configured rules and approval controls.

2. Consent

Revenue Recovery SMS requires documented affirmative consent applicable to the specific Trade Business and the Revenue Recovery or invoice-reminder use case. Consent must be supported by actual tenant/customer-specific evidence.

Possession of a phone number, Jobber contactability, legacy opt-in flags, unrelated historical service consent, or a missing or null consent value does not establish Revenue Recovery consent.

3. Message Frequency

An initial controlled sequence may include no more than three Revenue Recovery messages for an eligible unpaid invoice, subject to the Trade Business's configured rules. The sequence may contain fewer messages.

4. STOP, START, and HELP

Reply STOP to suppress further applicable messaging from that Trade Business and revoke the applicable Revenue Recovery consent state. A messaging provider may send the opt-out confirmation; RelayHitch does not promise that the application will send a separate second confirmation.

START may remove a sender-level messaging block. START alone does not establish new invoice-Recovery consent. Separate affirmative, use-case-specific consent remains required before a new Recovery sequence may begin.

Reply HELP for assistance and business contact information. HELP does not resume a Revenue Recovery sequence.

5. Replies and Human Review

Disputes, human requests, price objections, unknown replies, and positive replies stop automated follow-up and are initially routed for human review. RelayHitch does not autonomously negotiate, offer discounts, provide legal responses, arrange financing, or schedule services.

6. Privacy

RelayHitch does not sell end-customer mobile numbers or share them with third parties or affiliates for third-party marketing or promotional purposes. For more information, see the RelayHitch Privacy Policy.

7. Rates and Delivery

Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Carrier or network delivery may be delayed or unavailable.
